Wool Care & Your Item. 

How do I care for my wool item? Your wool item is delicate and must be washed with care. Gentle hand wash only with cool water and a liquid wool detergent, gently remove excess water and lie flat to dry in the shade. Wool items should never be put in the washing machine or dryer. 

Your unique item.  We cherish the handmade process. Please remember that each item is lovingly and entirely made by hand, and as with all handmade items there may be some irregularities and small imperfections that will not be encountered in mass produced merchandise.

Colours. We take every care to ensure colours are as accurate as possible but due to different monitors and screens the colours may vary slightly.

Will my wool item pill or bobble?  As with all wool items pilling may occur. A wool shaver will ensure that your product remains smooth and pill-free.

Pre Orders & Shipping. 

How long will it be before I receive my woo knits piece?
Your item is currently made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for your item to be dispatched. Once complete domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post with Tracking. 

What does pre-order mean?
Every woo knits item is made to order and expertly hand knitted in Tasmania. Each item will display an approximate date. If your item knitted sooner, it will be shipped to you immediately.

Exchange & Returns. 

Can I return or exchange my item?
We have every confidence that you will love your Woo Knits item but we understand that occasionally you may need to return a product to us. As your item has been made to order we are unable to accommodate change of mind. We are able to exchange your item or offer a full store credit within 14 days. The buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of returning items in an original, unworn condition with tags attached and proof of purchase. When returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping method as we are not liable for packages that are lost.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind. In this instance we are able to offer a store credit.

What is my item is incorrect or faulty?
Each of our items are knitted by hand and are thoroughly made to the highest possible standard with love and care. If you item is damaged or faulty you must email and notify us at info@wooknits.com within 48h of your item arriving. Returns will be assessed and inspected if they meet our conditions and we will email you to notify you on the outcome. A refund will not be given for incorrect sizing, consumer fault or change of mind. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
